Content on the site
All text, images, and videos are copyrighted by Crafted By Friends unless otherwise noted. Copyrighted material not owned by Crafted By Friends are: all payment logos, all logos and text on the “Sold By Friends” page to their respected owners, all content of the Flatsome theme, all WordPress owned content, and all content of the different plugins used on our site. The use of any of this content without express written consent from is owners is not allowed, unless used under the Fair Use Doctrine.
Product Availability and Variations
Our products are hand crafted, usually in very small or single quantities. It is possible that once a particular item in inventory sells out, we may not be able to get more of that item. Because the artisans are located outside the United States, replenishment of sold-out inventory may require significant lead times.
Due to each of our products being hand crafted, there may be some slight variation between the photos displayed on our website and the products you receive. In addition, colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on the website due to differences between monitors. All items are sold “As Is”.
All orders will be shipped from North Carolina within 3 business days of order receipt. Shipping is free within the continental United States via USPS First Class Mail with product tracking. Should you need expedited shipping, please contact us for pricing. We shipped internationally for the flat rate cost of 15 dollars. This shipping cannot be expedited. Please contact us for information on international shipping options.
Each order can be shipped to a single address only. To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each address.
Returns and Exchanges
- If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we will work with you to replace the item as quickly as possible. Please use the contact form to submit an order inquiry or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of the issue including your order number. You can also use PayPal Resolution Center to resolve any issues. We will arrange for shipment of the return at no cost to you. Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days after we receive the return shipment.
- All returns and exchanges for any other reason must be made within 30 days of placing the order. Items must be received in original condition with packaging and tags intact. Within 3-5 business days of receiving your return, we will issue a refund to the card used for the purchase transaction. The refund amount will be for the item purchase price, minus the original shipping costs.
- Clearance and special order items are non-refundable.
