This Privacy Policy Agreement discloses the privacy practices for Crafted by Friends, LLC’s website (further indicated as “We” “Us” or “Our”). This agreement governs the terms of our website and the services we provide. Under this agreement we will notify our customers and our visitors (further indicated as “You” or “Your”) of the following:

  2. The way the information is used and to whom it may be shared

Types of Data Collected

We collect data from you to perform our services to you as well as enhance our services. These types of data include Personal DataUsage Data, and Tracking Data.

Personal Data includes, but is not limited to, name, address, state, province, zip/postal code, city, cookies, and usage data. We use Personal Data is used to keep track of sales and to contact you via emails and marketing purposes. You may opt-out anytime via an unsubscribe link on the newsletters or by contacting us.

We may also use your personal data, with your consent, to advertise reviews of our products and/or services we provide. You may contact us for the removal of your personal data in regard to your review.

Usage Data includes, but is not limited to, IP address, operating system, browser type, and version, time spent on pages, pages you visit, and sometimes internet service provider or mobile carrier. This helps us analyze trends within our site to deliver a better service to our visitors. We do not personally do reverse DNS lookups, so we do not use IP addresses to link to personally identifiable information.

Tracking Data includes, but is not limited to, beacons, tags, scripts, and cookies.

Beacons, tags, and scripts track navigation on a website or series of websites.

Cookies are data sent via your browser to a website and stored on your device. Examples of Cookies we use but are not limited to are: cookies used to operate our website, such as the cookies necessary for our website to function and cookies unnecessary but used to help with analytics, marketing, etc.

We used our collected data to:

We take steps necessary for the safety of storing and transferring your data. However, the internet is never completely safe and at any time your information could be confiscated by hackers.

Third-Party Use

We may use third-party companies to help with the services we provide to you. These third parties may have access to the personal data given on this site to fulfill tasks on our behalf. These include, but are not limited to, PayPal, Google Analytics, Google Font, Google reCaptcha, Mailchimp, and Customer Review LTD.


We may provide a payment processor to aid in our ability to provide a service. This is PayPal.

Under these terms, we may use a third-party analytics provider to monitor and analyze the services we provided.

Google Analytics is a service offered by Google (own by Alphabet Inc.) that tracks and reports on website traffic. This service collects data to track and monitor the use of our services. This is data is shared across other Google Services and Google may use this data for its own use.

You may opt-out of this analytics software if your browser so allows it. This is currently allowed on Chrome, Internet Explorer 11, Safari, Firefox, and Opera via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-On.

Under these terms, we may use a third-party review site to showcase our reviews. We will send an email asking for a review for purchased products. Individuals Under the Age of 18 Privacy:

We do not allow the purchasing of any products on our site by anyone under the age of 18 (further indicated as “Child”).

We do not knowingly obtain any personal information regarding individuals under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian who has become aware your child has given us personal data, please contact us. If we see that we have obtained a child’s information, it will be deleted immediately.

Special Circumstances for Certain Residents:

For certain residents of Californian, Australian, and European Economic Area (EEA) members there are special circumstances that are included alongside the policies set above. These are outlined below for each resident of a specific area. These circumstances are only for residents of these states/counties.

We collect personal information directly from you when is it is reasonable, but we may also collect other information from other trusted sources to supplement our own personal data. We will take steps to remove information when it is no longer required, so long as you contact us for its removal. If we experience a data breach at any time, we will contact you of serious harm to you if we are legally obliged to do so. We do not store credit card information on our server, so this will be limited only to personal data.


We currently do not ship to European countries within the EEA (EU members, Iceland and Norway).  Please visit our Etsy store for shipments to these counties in Europe. We will update our policy if we decide to ship to these counties.
