This Privacy Policy Agreement discloses the privacy practices for Crafted by Friends, LLC’s website craftedbyfriends.com (further indicated as “We” “Us” or “Our”). This agreement governs the terms of our website and the services we provide. Under this agreement we will notify our customers and our visitors (further indicated as “You” or “Your”) of the following:

- The way the information is used and to whom it may be shared

Types of Data Collected
We collect data from you to perform our services to you as well as enhance our services. These types of data include Personal Data, Usage Data, and Tracking Data.
Personal Data includes, but is not limited to, name, address, state, province, zip/postal code, city, cookies, and usage data. We use Personal Data is used to keep track of sales and to contact you via emails and marketing purposes. You may opt-out anytime via an unsubscribe link on the newsletters or by contacting us.

We may use third-party companies to help with the services we provide to you. These third parties may have access to the personal data given on this site to fulfill tasks on our behalf. These include, but are not limited to, PayPal, Google Analytics, Google Font, Google reCaptcha, Mailchimp, and Customer Review LTD.
PayPal:
We may provide a payment processor to aid in our ability to provide a service. This is PayPal.

Google Analytics:
Under these terms, we may use a third-party analytics provider to monitor and analyze the services we provided.
Google Analytics is a service offered by Google (own by Alphabet Inc.) that tracks and reports on website traffic. This service collects data to track and monitor the use of our services. This is data is shared across other Google Services and Google may use this data for its own use.
You may opt-out of this analytics software if your browser so allows it. This is currently allowed on Chrome, Internet Explorer 11, Safari, Firefox, and Opera via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-On.

This site uses Google Fonts for some pages. These fonts allow certain content to be seen correctly. If your browser cannot see this font, your local font will load.

Under these terms, we may use a third-party newsletter provider to provide information regarding our site. You consent to this transfer of information by signing up for the newsletter. This transfer may include, but is not limited to, your name, address, email address, cart content for 30 days, and total purchases on the website. Customer Review LTD:
Under these terms, we may use a third-party review site to showcase our reviews. We will send an email asking for a review for purchased products. If you consent to there and our terms of service, your review will be posted on their site and that review may be access by us and put on our server. Individuals Under the Age of 18 Privacy:
We do not allow the purchasing of any products on our site by anyone under the age of 18 (further indicated as “Child”).
We do not knowingly obtain any personal information regarding individuals under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian who has become aware your child has given us personal data, please contact us. If we see that we have obtained a child’s information, it will be deleted immediately.

FOR AUSTRALIAN RESIDENTS
We collect personal information directly from you when is it is reasonable, but we may also collect other information from other trusted sources to supplement our own personal data. We will take steps to remove information when it is no longer required, so long as you contact us for its removal. We may use this data to contact you via email about products and services we provide. You may unsubscribe at any time.
If we experience a data breach at any time, we will contact you of serious harm to you if we are legally obliged to do so. We do not store credit card information on our server, so this will be limited only to personal data.
FOR RESIDENTS WITHIN THE EEA
We currently do not ship to European countries within the EEA (EU members, Iceland and Norway). Please visit our Etsy store for shipments to these counties in Europe. We will update our policy if we decide to ship to these counties.
